Application Process

  Step 1

  In ‘The Interview’ section we would like the following:

  Once you have submitted your application, we will then review your application and, if successful invite you to interview.

  You will receive an email detailing what to expect at the interview and the tasks you need to prepare prior to the interview itself.

  The Interview will last approximately 1 hour and will be online using Microsoft Teams. Applicants need to ensure they have access to a camera & microphone to access the meeting.

  Pre-Interview Tasks

  You will be asked to complete the following:

  Complete Subject Knowledge Audit. Click here (can we add a link to further down the page where we can have the documents- we also need this link to add to the email that is sent out when we invite them to interview)

  Step 4

  Practical Subject Portfolio. For those applicants applying for one of our practical subjects you will be asked to complete a 3-minute video to showcase your skills.

  Step 5

  Subject Specific Presentation. You will be asked to plan a 5-minute presentation on how you would deliver a particular topic in your subject and present this as part of the interview.
